HEATS 4 JULY | FINAL 11 JULY
The NRG-X Games is a fast-paced, station-based course built for high-turnover racing and maximum energy.
Competitors run 500 metres between a series of 8 intensive workout stations before sprinting 200 metres to cross the finish line as fast as they can.
There are 4 heats for men and 4 for women, all taking place on 4th July at NRG GYMs in Glasgow, Manchester, Newcastle and Watford. The top 3 men and 3 women from each location progress to compete in the final, taking place in Newcastle on 11th July.
Come out on top and you could walk away with up to £2,500 in prize money.

There are 4 heats for men and 4 for women, all taking place on 4th July at NRG GYMS in Glasgow, Manchester, Newcastle and Watford.
1 Leaderboard
The performance of all competitors is tracked on a national leaderboard. How will you compare to your Tribe?
24 Finalists
Only the top 12 qualifiers of each gender will make it to the final in Newcastle on 11th July. Will you be one of them?
2 Champions
One male and one female champion will be crowned, each potentially taking home up to £2,500 in cash prizes.
THE COURSE
The course is a relentless series of high-output stations separated by 500m run segments, designed to keep the floor moving and the crowd loud.

Each of the 4 heats take place on the same day across the country, culminating in the final showdown in Newcastle.
Time slots for the heats are available on a first come, first served basis throughout the day.

How to Enter
The NRG-X Games are open to all NRG members.
Everyone takes on the same challenge, so it’s a chance to test your limits, step outside your comfort zone and be part of the energy and community alongside the NRG Tribe.
Entry Fees:
Entry fees are payable in-gym at the front desk on the day of the event.

You must be available to compete in the heats on 4th July and the final on 11th July.
