NRG gym is massive. Plenty of space for everyone. All equipment are new and modern. There's plenty for everyone that they wouldn't need to wait long for an equipment to be free. They have a dedicated women's area that I personally love. Loads of classes that would cater for everyone's interest.

Incredible gym! Really big, lots of space to train and amazing kit. 24h use, really cost effective membership. 4h parking in the nearby Asda. Staff are super helpful. Huge function zone with TRX and hammer strength equipment. Kettlebells, wallballs, squat racks, air runners, rowers, cardio kit as well. Products are life fitness and hammer strength. An amazing ICG indoor cycling studio as well.. ladies only area. You aren't going to find such a high quality gym anywhere for this price.

What’s not to like about this place, I've been to many gyms in Newcastle, constantly swapping and changing but this place, I get excited for, nice to have found a gym I love, the place is massive, amazing price, very clean, brand new equipment, fantastic sauna and brill classes !!! The staff and the people are lovely as well !

The gym is absolutely huge and has top of the range equipment. I have done a few classes and absolutely loved them. Kelly is the queen of spin and the class is jumping, Dave’s boxing gave a great burn, Eslam’s body condition and abs class was excellent full body workout, HIIT step and the rig with Lisa was brilliant. First time doing the rig and can’t wait to do it again. There is something for everyone at this gym.
