On average we run +100 classes a week with a full and varied timetable and we work hard to listen to feedback to design and deliver classes requested by our Tribe.
Live class timetables can be found on the gym page of each gym with links to book online and via the App.
All our classes are instructor led and our team are there to help so check out the timetable and get involved with other members of the Tribe!
Glute Gains (Female Only)
Designed to target, shape, and strengthen, Glute Gains is a short but intense lower-body session focused on building muscle and definition. Using resistance, bodyweight exercises, and our “Booty Builder” equipment, this class will have you feeling the burn and seeing real results.
NRG Abs Blast

NRG Bodyblast
NRG Bodyblast is fast, fierce, and guaranteed to get results. This 45-minute, high-intensity class is designed to torch fat and sculpt muscle through explosive, short-duration exercises. NRG Bootcamp
High energy, full-body, and built for results, NRG Bootcamp is a 60-minute circuit-style class that blends cardio and strength training into one powerhouse workout. Move through a variety of stations designed to challenge endurance, build muscle, and push you past your limits. Get ready to sweat, grind, and conquer.
NRG Boxfit
Get fighting fit with NRG Boxfit– a high-intensity interval training class inspired by boxing workouts. This 45-minute session will push your endurance, stamina, and agility while improving balance, coordination, and reaction time. Expect explosive combos, heart-pumping cardio, and a serious full-body burn. No experience needed – just bring the NRG!
NRG Cycle
Power through every pedal stroke with NRG Cycle, our take on the classic spin class. This high-energy, 45-minute indoor cycling workout will push your speed, strength, and endurance – get ready for sprints, climbs, and beats that drive you to the finish line.
NRG Dance
Feel the beat, feel the sweat, and most importantly – feel the NRG! NRG Dance is a dance-based fitness class set to high-energy beats, combining strength-building movements to make working out feel like a party. Move, groove, and burn calories while having fun in a vibrant, music-fueled atmosphere. All fitness levels (and dancing abilities!) welcome.
NRG Dance Step

NRG Family Fit

NRG HIIT
