Keep Motivated this Autumn & Winter - NRG Gym Health Advice

Oh yes, already… this Sunday the clocks go back an hour. At 2am to be precise.

So it’s going to be getting dark in the afternoon, but it does mean autumnal splendour is with us, signalling the annual getting out and putting on of those favourite jackets, hats, gloves and scarves as well as cosy nights in.

But that can all mean we give up on our health and fitness, making excuses that it’s too dark and chilly to be going out to the gym, and that anyway no one can see what lies underneath those bulky jackets… Our advice is not to let it be such an excuse. For a start, there’s all those Christmas and New Year photographs to come in just a few weeks that will be gazed at forever…

That’s why now is the perfect time to really push yourself to go for it and become the best you that you can be. No one else can do it for you! No one.

Then before we know it, we’ll be changing the clocks again to signal the start of Springtime with Summer coming – and those jackets, hats, gloves and scarves will be getting packed away and those cosy nights in will become evenings out, dressed once again in T-shirts and shorts.

So start now as you mean to go on and look absolutely amazing in just a few weeks, or if you’re already looking fit and healthy (we know most of you we see regularly already are!)… then go that extra bit and look even better! Look forward to seeing you soon.
