MEMBERSHIP AND ACCESS
Our entire joining process is completed online on this website. Please click here to join.
All NRG Gyms are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — because your training shouldn’t have a closing time!
You can come in whenever it fits your routine.
You can update your payment card or bank info by logging into your PerfectGym member portal or the NRG GYMS App. Alternatively, you can come into club and a member of the team will help you out.
Absolutely. You can buy a day pass at reception or online. Simply find the NRG GYM you’d like to try on the join page, click ‘join’ and select the Day Pass option, then follow the instructions.
Easy! You can upgrade in your NRG GYMS App, or ask your local club team.
All our group classes are included at no extra cost. These classes include NRG X, Spin, Abs, HIT, NRG Burn, Pilates and Yoga to name a few.
Just book through the NRG GYMS App or on the in-club kiosk to secure your spot.
We have a number of images on our website which will give you a good idea of the quality of our gym, but please feel free to drop in and see us and we can give you a tour of the club.
At NRG there is no hard sell. There are no lengthy forms to fill in or sales people who won’t give you the prices when you ask.
Yes, we have great personal trainers with extra special skills to help you with any area you need a little extra guidance and they come with bags of personality! Sessions can be booked at reception at an additional cost and can be taken one-on-one or one-to-many, it’s up to you!
If you need help, don’t be shy to ask! We are here for you. All members, if requested, will receive a 30 minute group equipment orientation session which is designed to help get you started. You can book this when joining or through the club itself.
If you are new to the gym and want a personalised programme designed, we would recommend you book an introductory session with one of our excellent personal trainers.
Please don’t worry. Unlike other affordable gyms, our gyms are always staffed throughout the day and we will have a high supervisory presence.
We also operate a QR code entry system to access the gym, which requires the use of the NRG GYMS app. Under no circumstances can your app be shared.
Furthermore, the gym is monitored by CCTV to provide further peace of mind to members.
Facilities and experience
Many NRG Gyms include a dedicated female-only training zone for extra comfort and privacy.

Some NRG clubs feature recovery zones, saunas, or stretch areas.
These vary by site.

You can book classes through your NRG GYMS App. Click on Classes to see what classes are on, how many spots available and book you place!
Yes. Every NRG GYM offers free parking either on site or at a nearby, convenient location.
Maximum free durations vary between gyms. To check the maximum free stay at your gym, please check the list of facilities on the gym’s webpage, accessible via the ‘find out more’ button on our join page.

- Lockers, but please bring your own padlock. Though they’ll be available for purchase in our vending machines should you forget

Please remember your phone with the NRG GYMS app, which you need to gain access, a padlock, sweat towel and a bottle of water to stay hydrated. Should you forget any of the above, we can sort you out at the club. We have computer terminals to retrieve your membership number and vending machines for everything else.
Definitely! You can freeze your membership for 1–3 months with no charge during that time.
To do this, simply email your home gym with your membership number and reason for the freeze, or speak to a member of our team in-gym.

Inductions are free! Members can book an induction in-gym or on the NRG GYMS app in the timetable.
Yes there is disabled access in all of our gyms.
Payment and billing
Your first payment will be taken immediately on joining.
The next payment will be a direct debit one month after joining.
If you join during a pre-sell of a new site, your first payment is taken immediately to secure your Founder Membership and your second payment is taken one month after opening.
Members are kindly requested to ensure that you have adequate funds in your account for the monthly membership direct debit.
If you decide to cancel, we ask for 30 days’ notice.
One final payment is taken, and you can keep training until your notice ends.
Sometimes this happens if a payment was retried or your bank flagged it.
If this does happen, please contact your home gym, who will be able to look into this for you.
If a payment fails, we’ll send a reminder with a link to settle it easily.
Your access may pause until it’s resolved — but once you pay, you’re good to go!
Cancellation and freeze
Please email your home gym with your membership number so they can process it for you. If you have any questions, please speak to a member of our team in-gym.
Yes, you can freeze your membership for 1–3 months free of charge.
