IMPORTANT MEMBER INFORMATION – EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT RETURNING TO NRG GYM

NRG is back and we can’t wait to welcome you all to the gym!

The safety of our members and staff remains our #1 priority and our team has been working hard to prepare the gyms for re-opening and to ensure we are adhering to the government guidelines and advice, whilst providing you with a welcoming environment in which to work out in.

Here’s what to expect when you return to the gym…

Entrance points will be well signposted and members will be asked to scan in using a barcode to ensure contactless entry. Please take note of social distancing markers placed outside the gym if you need to queue.
Social distancing measures will be in place with signs throughout the gyms. We would ask members to follow these guidelines at all times. This may include some equipment being unavailable – this is for your safety so please do not use equipment that is marked ‘out of order’.
We have increased the cleaning resource across all our gyms, but we would also ask that our members do what they can to help us maintain a safe training environment. You will see cleaning stations located around the gym – here you’ll find sanitising spray and paper towels for you to use when you have finished using a piece of equipment and we ask that all equipment (including weights, functional equipment and mats) is cleaned after every use.

Whilst our changing rooms will be open, we would ask that these are only used when absolutely necessary. If you do need to use them, please adhere to social distancing guidelines and allow plenty of space between you and fellow members. If the changing rooms get too busy, we will ask members to wait so where possible, please arrive ready to train.

If you’re feeling unwell then we request that you don’t visit your NRG GYM until you are feeling better or, if you have COVID-19 symptoms or have tested positive for coronavirus, that you follow the government guidelines regarding self-isolating and do not attend the gym until you are outside of the quarantine period.

If you show signs of being unwell when at the gym, you may be asked to leave by a member of the team. Please ensure that if you cough or sneeze, you do so in a way that best mitigates the spread of germs and that you wash your hands immediately after.
If you have any questions or concerns then we’re here to help – contact your club using the details on our website and a member of the team will be able to assist.

We know things will feel different but we will get through this together!
