I am a newly qualified personal trainer and sports massage therapist. I train at NRG 5-6 days a week and I specialise in weight loss and building muscle.

Trained in bodybuilding since 2015. I have been at NRG for over two years and recently joined Crossface to do MMA. I am a qualified personal trainer and sports masseuse and specialise in body transformations, muscle growth, weight loss and boxing.

Since I was a young kid I have always been passionate about sport and physical activity. I am a competitive individual and want to be the best at what I do, especially my profession. I started working at NRG GYM Watford in October, however I have been training here for nearly three years. I have been into fitness my whole life and love it.

I started training in the gym just over 2 years ago because I wasn’t happy with my weight. Once I had started putting on the muscle and weight I wanted I realised how much I loved the gym and how I want to make other people that aren’t happy with themselves feel how I feel now.
