John Cooper was a weightlifter that found his passion for the fitness industry. And after coming to the gym to originally lose weight and tackle some mental health issues, John became engrossed in weightlifting and nutrition and during the pandemic decided to use his time to train to become a Personal Trainer, with the aim to help others achieve their body goals, to feel good about themselves and positively tackle any mental health challenges.
John is a Level 2 qualified Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer. He is also studying to become a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach as well as Level 4 specialist in Nutrition and Obesity.
